Because I thought that an empty receiver looked like POOP. I thought it was POOP that boaters had something cool to put in their receiver and US drag racers didn't. I thought it was a fun name that people would remember

single or double ? and yes you can get them with out the tag or do like Tony Schumacker and Cory Maclenathan did and mount the bag up side down so the tag is on the bottom.
