New Website What would it cost to have our website redone and would people be willing to make it happen?

I looking into having a professional Web Master build a new site and maintain it. What will it take? Money!

I am finally back and able to catch up on some posts. When making plans for ACDRM.com I originally had emailed the PRA about the possibility of doing their website. I believe I even offered to do it for free as long as they could get me stuff in a timely manner so the site would be updated. This was before their current version which is a lot better then what they used to have. I didn't receive any reply so I decided to press with ACDRM.com. Unfortunately with my recent deployment (IRAQ) I have not had the resources to keep ACDRM.com updated but hopefully you have noticed that has changed. I would love to see an updated and current version of the PRA website.

Jason, does this mean your offer still stands? And if so, my opinion would be that a "second" would be needed to fill in on those occasions that the primary webmaster is "detained."
On a cautionary note, Cindy and I offered to do the points and results ladders a couple seasons back, but (Sorry Kevin) getting the results sheets proved to be futile. I ended up getting Vegas results from Steve Hole. All it takes is for someone to send a simple fax. Cindy had a nice excel spreadsheet prepared so that all that remains was to input the data, export it as a PDF and post it.
Even if you offer to do it, prepare for criticism. Rather than than saying "Thanks for doing that, however a correction needs to be made," some racers will say "WTF" is up with that?" I'm sorry, but I have little tolerance for that. So it was back to minding my own business.
If you take this on, I wish you well.

Mike,
In my current situation being deployed, I don't think I could take on a project that size and put into it what I think the site and the racers in the PRA deserve. Only 6 more years in the military and then maybe!!! LOL
